Twenty-five years ago, Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar opened its doors at River Park Square in Spokane, Washington with a simple idea: create a place where good food, great drinks, and genuine hospitality come together. A place where friends could linger a little longer, families could celebrate life’s milestones, and neighbors could feel right at home.

Now, a quarter of a century later, we’re celebrating that idea, and all of you who made it come true.

Over these twenty-five years, Twigs has been the backdrop for first dates and anniversaries, birthday toasts and business deals, quiet weeknight dinners and lively gatherings. We’ve grown, we’ve evolved our menu, and yes, we’ve shaken more than a few martinis along the way. But what has never changed is our commitment to making every guest feel welcome.

None of this would be possible without the incredible people behind it. To our team, past and present, in the kitchen, behind the bar, and on the floor: your hard work and heart are the reason guests keep coming back. To our partners and suppliers: thank you for helping us serve the very best. And to our guests, many of whom have been with us since day one: thank you for your loyalty, your stories, and for making Twigs part of your lives.
